DREAMLAB offers free FedEx 2Day® shipping for all items shipped to United States addresses. Signature is required for delivery of all items. Check the product details page once you’ve configured your jewelry to determine the Estimated Shipping Date. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, your jewelry will ship via FedEx 2Day® for free. Expedited shipping options are available for all items at checkout.

Easy 30-Day Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it in its original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that Custom Jewelry, Custom Engraved item(s) and Sale items cannot be returned.
You must request your return authorization AND ship your jewelry back to us within this 30-day return period in NEW, UNWORN condition with the original invoice, diamond certificate and packaging.
We do not refund shipping, appraisal costs, or grading cards, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. However, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee. Only one return/exchange allowed per customer.

Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is an extension of our commitment to personal service, craftsmanship and selling only the highest-quality lab-grown diamonds to our customers.
We warrant that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and that the optical properties of the lab grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.
Our diamonds and jewelry are manufactured to the highest standards and use the highest quality materials. Each item is carefully inspected at our factory and distribution facility prior to shipment.
The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, only for DREAMLAB DIAMOND purchases, and is non-transferrable.
Independent Certification & Grading Reports
All diamonds of one carat or more are accompanied by either an IGI (International Gem Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certificate–the leading authorities in lab-grown diamond certification, who independently determine the specifications of every individual lab diamond.
