Meet Cathy.
A renowned broker of fine antique estate jewelry, CATHY MANCUSO BOYACK started her career when there were few women in the industry and found her calling even earlier. Classes in jewelry design and silversmithing as a teenager helped forge Cathy’s discerning eye for craftsmanship. This was followed by studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology and a tenure at the Gemological Institute of America before establishing herself in Beverly Hills, CA with an ever-revolving collection that has made her the go-to resource for jewelry enthusiasts on both coasts.
Cathy’s belief that “There is no excuse not to wear jewelry,” is at the heart of DREAMLAB’s mission—proving that luxury and affordability need not be at odds when building a jewelry wardrobe.
Meet Wes.
LA-born and bred WES CARROLL has enjoyed an extraordinary career in fine jewelry, working for decades at some of the world's most prestigious jewelry houses. As Director of Cartier, Bulgari, Graff, and Chopard, Wes was able to forge relationships with some of the world’s top stone suppliers and jewelry designers—allowing DREAMLAB DIAMONDTM access to an inventory of incredibly priced lab-grown and ethically-mined diamonds not available to the public.
His passion for gems and fine jewelry has helped him cultivate a solid reputation as one of the country's finest jewelers. And with his certification as a Gemologist in diamonds and colored stones, Wes was uniquely positioned to meet the requests of existing luxury jewelry clients looking to add lab-grown diamonds to their jewelry wardrobe. And DREAMLAB DIAMONDTM was born.

While most lab-grown diamond pieces are machine-made with inferior metals, DREAMLAB’s designs are handcrafted using luxury jewelry-level gold/platinum and unparalleled lab diamond melee.
